man, thanks so much for the link to that virus emulator! it sounds great! first band I was in the keyboard player pretty much exclusively used a virus c so I'm pretty familiar with the sound

thanks for the link to your song too, definitely cool. yeah, sometimes I almost feel like it's too easy to write music with falcon haha, some of the sounds are just that good.

LOL if they did the crack for Cubase 6-11 BEFORE they abanded the dongle it would have been the most impressive crack.
Now its Reason and Falcon that is the most impressive crack before those it was Cubase 5 and Nuendo 4 by Air it took them almost one year to crack amny thousands hours

 

it's really 2 questions. Most impressive software that this happened with, and most impressive feat of making it happen.

Modern Cubase should always win the most impressive working software. It's usually the costliest, unless you count PT. It doesn't make it the most difficult. I honestly think there is something afoul there, but legit Logic does the same things for me anyway. Maybe a VR effort is many thousands of hours also but it is not written in an information file, because it is over such a long period of time.

I've been wanting to install Cubase for a long time now but haven't been able to decide which version to use - R2R or VR, or even another group. I don't trust R2R's Root Certificate as I only have one computer which I use for both online purchases and music production (I'm not currently heavily into music production so right now everything works fine). I've read the various threads but still can't make my mind up. Which group's method are most people using, is there data for this?

AiR's ABSOLUTE 5 - Tiny file no editing to anything, no certificates, no false keys, no elicenser emulations, just a single, simple installation that adds to the soft licenser saying it is registered. Might even be the best and if not, certainly one of the smartest.


EDIT:
@Crinklebumps if you are not planning to make money from it then R2R's Cubase is probably the smartest and most stable. A Software product looks for its own certificates, not someone else's in the Certificate Manager. If you think you might buy Cubase at a later date, use TC's, or conversely, remember to delete R2R's certificate before buying (Make a note of what and where). V.R's changes Windows files and if as you said it is stable, personally, in your shoes, I would not use V.R's.
