I shall not let you get into my head, because that's exactly what "they" want.

 

The current visiting alien civilization booked on this solar system tour have synesthesia, in this case they taste sound, and in fact they are sustained and nurished by it. They have actually come to our world to feast on our musical content which is a unique blend of exotic spices to their own otherworldly and sensoral palette. Different rhythms also have influence in how the taste of music is received as well as different genre affecting how a flavor is perceived. It's kind of complicated, but I'm currently collating my research and soon creating in form a volume based on my interviews with over three dozen members of the Krgln sect, the most represented group of these current visitors. I'm going to sooner than later create a Go Fund Me towards this end. Anyone willing to donate towards this mission please DM Xupito, who in addition to his hard work on the BIOSTFU will be organizing this, not just for me but for all of humanity.

I think that aliens may not have the ability to hear. I think that aliens may not have physical bodies. I think that aliens may be so small that we wouldn't see them and that their eardrums are so small the compression waves wouldn't be detected by their brain.
Just kidding. I think aliens probably enjoy our music and can understand us the way that we understand ants.
What do you guys think of ant music?

 

What do we think about the music made by ants or even goats for that matter?

I wonder if cicadas have some type of forum trees where they excrete pheromones pondering the question what the giant hairless death aliens who come about every once in a while and either spray them with death or crush them under giant alien legs think of the songs they put out into world before they get back in their giant superspeed metal machines and speed off into the unknown.

I am certain some of them are very fascinated but for the most part, who knows.

 

You could create your own thread if the ants music is your interest instead flooding here...

PS. Clever persons understand, this thread isn't about aliens...

I couldn't agree with you more. Some would say the classical/romantic period was the best era for music, and it's been downhill since then.

 

I'm sure they would be aware that music has been integral to humans since the get go, and would possibly conclude that humanity is dying?

The only music aliens enjoy is the crackling of flesh as they feed all earth creatures into the giant ovens.

 

When the aliens visited our planet 2nd time, an incident happened...
they were in a concert (being invisible) and had a listen to some piece of music...
after the concert was over, they were going to go back home, but couldn't do it at once -
the main PC (running by AI) stopped...they came to see what's wrong with it and were deeply moved:
the PC was all in tears, human tears...
