    use filter
    cut resonance and high pass.
and tweak cuttoff until you get your desired sound.

There's actually quite a bit that goes into making that piano sound. It's a mix of EQ, compression, and distortion. Start off with a good sounding piano, a nice bright one where the sound of the hammers are prominent and it has a nice attack.

    1) Distortion - Use an overdrive or some kind of distortion plugin that has a builtin filter. You want to target the high mids/highs with the distortion and apply just enough to give some power to the sound and make it louder and more present. Do not overdo it.

    2) EQ - low cut the piano with a 24db/octvave low cut filter until the boominess and boxiness are gone. Also, cut out some of the low mids, sweep around with the eq filter in the negative direction (cutting) until you hear the sound thin out and the highs pop out. Then, sweep around for a nice high end boost and give the sound some sparkle.

    3) Compression - You're going to need to be a little heavy with the compression. Use a high ratio (6-10), a short to medium attack time (5-10ms) and a short/medium release time (20-50ms). Pull the threshold down until you hear the attack of the piano come out more and at the same time the tail of the piano glue together and become more cohesive.

Tweak to your liking. Always experiment and you might even end up with a better sound than tiesto's. Remember, start with a good piano sound and you can't go wrong in the end.
