please excuse me that question, but I wanna make sure that I dont throw money away.
I wanna purchase some Kontakt Instruments directly from NI. I run R2R Kontakt 6. As far as I know it is impossible that those legit banks will work.
Can I install the free Kontakt Player from NI (too run the legit banks) beside the R2R Kontakt?

Most legit Kontakt Bank dont work with the free player, but some do. So you should find this information in the Developer's website.
As an example, this is a note from Sampletek's website That you can see in both, their landing page, and this page (click)

So, you should not buy from a developer who does not specify if his libraries are compatible with Kontakt free player.

I just thought that there might occur problems in legit Cubase when I run the Kontakt Free Player beside the R2R Kontakt. Or can they work beside each other?

 

That's incorrect. The libraries will work with a k'd Kontakt. You do not need a legit Kontakt Player.
