I have a hard drive that's 8TB and in the past I overfilled with Kontakt libraries that I rarely ever used. I want to limit my options and focus my palette on libraries that work.

What are the current best options for Kontakt film scoring libraries out there?

Or is an alternative like East West's Composer Cloud better or worth it?

Cinematic Studio Series (strings, brass, woodwinds) tends to be the most consistent among then all.
Spitfire's Tundra is probably the most useable of its ensemble based collections, and their [orchestral] percussion lib is great.
You'll want a secondary, fully featured string library such as Spitfire Chamber Strings, Appasionata, Tokyo Scoring Strings, or Afflatus.
Strezov Sampling has some great choir libraries, a sound I don't rely heavily on myself, so their Choir Essentials is enough for me. I also enjoy their X3M percussion libs.
Once you have your core libraries that you like then you can think about filling in with different textures and alternative options (which is where Spitfire products shine IMO).
