is there a free delay plugin that has all those options as picture (its sylenth1 delay)?

also that smear thing which i don't know if its another name on most plugins? i am not sure

this has diffusion amount, diffusion size and even diffusion quality. I think this is one of the best free delay on the market. It can do simple to craziest delay ever.

The smear/diffusion effect is basically a reverb-like effect which is in a sense a stereo effect that requires both L & R channels manipulated to be created. Having a separate controls for each channel might as well cancel the effect so it wasn't allowed for this particular plugin.

 

Maybe the normal Valhalla Delay?
Could be pretty difficult to find one with all the exact same parameters.

"Smear" on delays is often called "diffusion". Turn it up enough and you get very reverb-ish results.
