    Example of C./
    500 MB = recovery partition
100 MB = EFI system partition
700 MB = boot partiition, swap file, crash image, base partition
You have to give your computer a name, please fill in everything...! I don't know about you, what does it want to know on the page?
    Just leave it running...!
Windows is programmed so that when you turn it off it starts again where it left off.
You have to finish the installation in any case. Please do not kill the Windows installation !

After you see Windows, please pull out the USB stick again.

That means the PC is not finding a bootable partition but only the install CD/Stick to boot from. Thus the indefinite cycle.
(Normally it should install a stub of windows, then boot from this newly installed partition.)
Go back a few steps to where the bootdisks were defined in the BIOS, that's where the rub is.

Or did you always press a key when installer asked 'press a key to boot from CD'

no, when it's restarrting you should remove the USB stick and then it boots from your new SSD where Windows was installed. If you are not sure whats going on, boot from your prepared USB stick, delete all partitions and install Windows again. You should not care about partitions and its size, take the default sizes Windows proposes during install, there is nothing you should fiddle around with it, specially someone like you without clue what's going on. When it comes to restart remove the USB stick, done.
