Hi @NYCGRIFF . A couple of years back you made wallpapers for Detunized - Rolfing Laid Back Vol. 1 and Detunized Rolfing 3 (https://audiosex.pro/threads/kontakt-wallpaper-request-comments.27513/page-400#post-373946). I cannot locate one for Detunized - Rolfing Laid Back Vol. 2.

Would you please design one? Would be great if it is somehow consistent with Vol. 1 in layout!

Hello @NYCGRIFF. I have another request like yesterday's. You had done Sampleism - Cinematic Tension FX 1 (https://audiosex.pro/threads/kontakt-wallpaper-request-comments.27513/page-535#post-444666). Unfortunately I cannot find Sampleism - Cinematic Tension FX 2 - Bass Flutes anywhere.

Grateful if you could design one, when you have the time. Thanks in advance!

 

How about making a git repo for all these wallpapers? It would be very easier for the uploaders as well downloaders and neatly organised. Plus this doesn't go against Github's TOS either. Would be a lot of work but prove useful.

Hi Demberto: A few years ago, a member by the name of @RainManMac created a repository for his and mine wallpapers: https://rainmanmac017.wixsite.com/wallpapers. He put in an extraordinary time & energy maintaining and updating the site. Unfortunately, he is no longer an active member on this forum. Surprisingly, the link is 'still' working; though it's been years since it has been updated. The idea was great, but not many wallpaper devotees actually took advantage of it. Eventually, he grew tired of the amount of time and energy it took to keep the site going. On paper, it seemed like a good idea, but in the end, it proved to be too time-consuming.

I can't be sure about how many people will use Github if all the wallpapers are hosted there. But it costs no money to host and would make it super easy to search if organised properly.
All I need is to create markdown files with text and links to images stored alongside the markdown files and give uploaders / maintainers like you permissions to update links / images. Requests can be made via Issues. If you would like to go ahead with this idea, please let me know. It would be equally as simple as it is now )

@rgpals Github is a website used to host code. Git is a version control system software used by devs to manage versioning of their code. A repo is simply like a project. Github is free and its not necessarily meant to be used only for code.

Hello Demberto: As I wrote earlier, we created a site that contained hundreds & hundreds of wallpapers (both for past & current). The idea you're proposing is not at all new. As I said, there were far too many people not taking advantage of the repository to make it a sustainable endeavor. However, if you want to take a stab at it, you have my permission to use any and all of the wallpapers that I've posted (now and in the future). Personally, I don't have the time nor inclination to re-embark on such a project at the moment. BTW, I'm sure that the other wallpaper designers here will have no problem giving their permission(s). In any event, good luck. Looking forward to see how the project develops.
