Let me know if i am somewhat correct

Dynamic EQ just pushes up/down a certain point of frequencies, just like an EQ would do but with movement

Multiband compressor.........its the same as compressor...but removes the dynamic range from specific set of frequencies instead of the whole signal

Final thing i want to check is: Dynamic EQ does not change dynamic range...but Multiband Compressor changes dynamic range of those specific frequencies?

    are the above correct?

False, dynamic eq does change the dynamic range of the frequencies it is affecting.

Multiband-compressors use cross filters, a dynamic EQ uses bells & shelves and a spectral dynamic EQ uses the inverse frequency spectrum.

The difference is one is a compressor and one is a filter. Scientifically speaking, you are about as correct as comparing Saturn with Uranus.

Dynamic, in most plugin scenarios; means to you that a threshold of activity ,must be crossed before the effect is applied.

You can achieve almost the same with both. The main difference are the shapes of the curves. In an MB compressor the edges of the bands have a more square-like shape (if steep), while a dyn EQ comes with bell and shelf shape. This also affects the phase, of course.
