that wets the signal more though from what i plan to?...so i don't really hear the effect as i have it set up...i need to make it full wet which is not the sound i'm going for, i'm not sure if i'm correct or not but i think when u make it full wet the volume is different too?

Attached is a picture of my sounding board. By the way, available for free here.

The effects that are most natural. Reverb - Reverb for more space and fullness.
Always remember less is usually more.

With delay I have 1/8 ping pong at about 10%.
With reverb I usually have 15%, so very subtle.
At the beginning you should concentrate on the "Mix" slider - slowly 10% then a little more 15 to 20 until you notice the reverb.
The Compressor makes the whole thing louder and more powerful.

If possible, always adjust by ear. With chorus, flanger and phaser you should always prefer the phaser.
Chorus and Flanger often ruin the sound.

Some trance producers often use too much reverb in their presets, which is great for a beginner,
but for people who have been making music for years the reverb orgy is unbearable.

The effect itself doesn't change in anyway when you set it to 100% wet. The mix knob is pretty much just a volume knob for that effect (that decreases the dry volume at the same time). If you want to hear only what the reverb does, like having a solo knob on the reverb, setting the mix knob to 100% is the exact same thing. If you want to do this just to better hear what the reverb does, set it to 100%, adjust to your liking, then decrease the reverb mix back to a level that sounds good.

Dude. :) If you want to hear what the effect is doing and how it is sounding, you up the wet. Then you do whatever you want after you hear what it is doing.
