Right, but that would be heavy cheating (and is highly probably violating their general terms and conditions).

 

No, they are happy for people to have multiple accounts, and even suggest in their support pages that you can run multiple accounts if you auth one account to your computer, and another to a USB key.

You can also have the same payment method for multiple accounts (eg, make purchases on different accounts with the same paypal account, etc)

Plus sooner or later, you end up wanting to move plugins between accounts, and there are fees for that...

Neither have I watched it completely. But after using it I'm beyond impressed. If you have this and the 9000J(Which I do) you're sorted. I don't think you'd require any other channel strips.

 

I'd add the Lindell Audio 50 Series to complete the set.

I agree too, but if you want to limit your choices, many people would say that you should have 1x API, 1x SSL & 1x Neve for different colors. My usual methodology is to track with Neve/API (9099/Lindell 50) and mix with SSL (J), but I will also use SSL for tracking if an instrument requires it.

Of course there are other options too, SSL E & G, Lindell 80, various Waves plugins, Solid State Logic, ect,. but choosing any 3 is enough for me Using AA as an another example, I would take Gold (Neve), Pink (API) & Sand (SSL), although Navy is another Neve option.

My main focus these days is on the master bus, and that's a whole new ballgame!
