could someone help me how the kick and bass pattern is built in this track ?

You can hear it best from second 41

I think the kick is a normal 4 to the floor kick.
But I have problems with this slap house bass synth, I do not know exactly where these midi notes sit.

where is it set so that the track has this rhythm ?

Sounds to me like a layed-back 1/16th pattern.

The bassy pluck is where your snare is in this example, while the sub bass just goes 4-on-the-floor, alternating between a second and a fourth note with some sidechain movement from the kick.

Also I read the title as "Help with Drum and Bass Rhythm" and immediately went in. Imagine my surprise.

This is what I can hear

The vertical lines are 8th-notes here because I had the project set to 160bpm, but if you are using 80bpm or so it would be 16th-notes.

Almost every south American rhythm ever. Moombahton, reggaeton, and electronic influences. Not exactly difficult to program the rhythm, the bass offsets the kick. Boom bow-bow, boom bow-bow, boom bow-bow, boom bow-bow. Clap/snare rides the bass.
