    There is only Weak AI. Strong AI (Skynet & iRobot) is impossible, because we humans do not know until now what consciousness really is and how it works and much less how to reproduce it.

    Because some Things from Science Fiction Movies came true doesn't mean everything does and Strong AI and Beaming us arround will stay a Dream for a long time, if not impossible.

    Today every Tech Company keeps telling AI here and AI there, but thats because it's a cashcow and many people fall for that.

    Well, not understanding how consciousness really works is not an obsticle to experience it in everyday life. Some claims it's an ilusion our brain creates, others treat consciousness as an emerging property of a complex mind. It took us a long time to evolve, AI is evolving as well, we'll see.
