Orange Tree Songwriter issue

    I found Orange Tree Songwriter got an issue when I opened it today. It was totally fine before. I guess it's because of Kontakt version. I'm using Kontakt v6.7.1 by Bobdule. As you can see in the image below, it doesn't show the full UI. Plus, it also doesn't make any sound.
    Has anybody faced the same issue?

    I've just checked mine, (using the same version of Kontakt) and it's fine.
    In your ....Documents\Native Instruments\Kontakt\image\ do you have a folder called Evolution Songwriter?
    I'm not sure why you're not getting sound though

    Do you have a copy of the install to re-install it?

    you resaved the patch and lost the nkr? or maybe the nkc related to that nkr is corrupted, delete all nkc files and let kontakt regenerate them, but first be sure you have a nkr selected for the patch

    If you are talking about My Document, nope. There is no image folder at all. But other plugins are working fine. I also checked the Documentation folder of Evolution Songwriter, but nothing was there as well. I had a backup of it and rolled it back, but no luck.
    These are what I guess:

    1) Registry clean
    I regularly clean the registry and it might cause the issue.

    2) Moving My Documents folder
    I recently moved it to D drive due to the lack of room of C drive.

    3) Kontakt R2R version
    I installed it before and followed their guide. The guide says to delete some registry before install.

    I'm not sure which one cause the issue. Or something else I'm missing.

    I don't think it's corrupted, as it still happens even though I rolled it back from my backup. How do I let Kontakt regenerate them? Could you give me more details, plz?

    go inside the samples folder of the library and delete every .nkc, reopen the library and make sure a nkr is selected in the info panel (u open it from the wrench icon)

    The sound(key switches) and UI have come back, but the UI is broken.

    you're missing the nkr then, push the button in the pic here below, in the appearing menu choose info tab and then there is an input field with the label "resource container" push browse, navigate to the sample folder of your library and choose the .nkr file

    I clicked the wrench button, but didn't see the info tab you mentioned.
    Do you mean the "resource container" in the Instrument Options? If so, I already did it, but nothing changed. First time when I set the .nkr file, Kontakt said that it was read only file, and I changed it, but no luck.

    im afraid u need to redownload the nkr and overwrite the one you have

    So when I've had UI issues in the past I look in C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Native Instruments\Kontakt\image\evolution songwriter (in this case)

    And for this instrument, these files are contained for the UI.
    I think it's to do from going from an older Kontakt (maybe v5.xx to newer v6) but might be wrong
