I think I tried literally everything. Tylenol Severe Cold and Flu is the only thing that worked for me.

I like very much your track as is
Since you posted this in the work in process/progress section of this forum here are some thoughts/ideas :
Perhaps you could replace the "spoken words" with some nice female vocals (some sampled vocal phrases in the same key & bpm),would make this track to the next level imho
Also after @1:52 you could slowly introduce some reverb on your arp line making a build up & the "dub" chord could benefit from some dub style delay echoes/opening the feedback on you delays.
^ all this are creative suggestions
