I think it would be good to try, looks easy to use

 

As much as I don't like parallel compression, I will try this one.

 

It was so very sweet of Joey Chick to give me his Fairchild as he's just working in the box now. What a guy!

 

Could be good, but can't say before I've tested it. Last time IK released something with completely new algos were the TEAC/Tascam tape sims (or was it Comprexxor?), and they are outstanding. If they've just reused old algos and combined them into one plug-in it will probably not be as interesting. Peter from IK wrote on GS that one of the comps is a completely new creation at least, so we'll see.

My prediction is that it's going to be quite CPU hungry. If it's not a showstopper, that could be a problem. If it is good enough to warrant high CPU usage, then it will be less of a problem and more of an inconvenience. However, with that price tag it better be damn good.

 

IK Multimedia has learned something from Waves.

When Waves started doing this I knew what time it was. It was 12:05.

Just don't fall for this shit people. Your plugins you already have are so much better. You just have to know how to use/assemble them.

 

IK Multimedia, uses the following marketing strategy.

You may not even read it anymore, so at the beginning of the story is always the Grammy winner or the successful recording engineer, then come a few professional pictures of the photographer and of course for the younger a class video, with the video you are still properly processed, that you have to buy this necessarily to make better mixes.

I haven't even tested it myself. I was waiting for you guys to test it so I could decide wether to download it or not.

I mean it is like over 2 gigs for the download.

Sorry I can't post links here but i'll say that the 2.2 Gigs is for the whole bundle and not just the J.C plugin.
