I can't run any of r2r keygens on my win 11 pc. They won't open even after disabling windows security.

    1.Turned-off real-time protection.
    2.Disabled windows defender with dcontrol.
3.Even troubleshoot compatibility isn't running and fails saying restricted in details.

All these keygens worked before on the same pc but this issue happened several times. I was managed to fix it by changing the temp path back and forth. But even that is not working now.:dunno:

turn off windows defender with group policy! (Also the antimalware service!) Search via google how to deactivate it.
Basically i would turn off everything windows 11 provides to protect you, bcs if you use regularly keygens, cracks, etc windows protection things, will annoy you. Also Defender scans like crazy Internet connections (I had a torrent downloading, which got slowed down to 3MB/s, as i turned off all defender services and Antimalware service, the download speed jump to 20MB/s instantly, this was not because a seeder joined, which was faster uploading!).

To replace theProtection stuff windows gives you, use common sense and think about how trustful your sources are, if not sure sandbox, scan with virustotal.
R2R releases from the sister page should be always fine.

    Keygens have two charistica:
they unpack audio to temp file
They are protected with UPX, mpress (modified) to be protected for looking inside. (This triggers AV, malware scanners for the most part!)

just add the folder where you download and unrar the keygen to the exclusions, since you wrote you disabled the protection will running the keygens, excluding the folder from the scans should solve the problem

    Did it no luck.
    Also this.

But I was able to fix it by simply changing the temp folder to a different drive. Keygens started working, but when I switch back to default one they never open.:dunno:

Unpack them with 7zip, run the keygen.exe in one of the subfolders as admin (needs to be done explicitly).

My way to use keygens and cracked files/apps, is to open up Windows Sandbox, copy the zip/rar files into it or download it inside the sandbox. Copy or download 7zip. Then run it there, and extract the generated file/key. And copy/paste it back into my Windows. When I shut down Windows Sandbox, all files gets removed/deleted. Its easy, safe etc. No need to turn off anything.

    Tried.

I've used sandboxie but what about keygens that has register function instead of key generation?

Read it before posting thread nothing worked. The only thing that work is changing temp folder location.

I have no solution for it.
If you're using cr*ck stuff, you should try the ghost version. Ghost spectre, I suggest it. I face no problem with all the illegal and legal contents

Okay, I think I fixed it.

I changed the temp folder location to default location by browsing and selecting folder. The path started as c/users/username/appdata/local/temp instead of %USERPROFILE%/appdata/local/temp and all keygens are working somehow. I can open temp folder by typing %temp% in run which weren't able before.

So hope this will help if someone has same issue and thanks guys for all your help:bow:.

    1.)
At the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:
    sfc /scannow
    With administrator privileges - sfc/scannow

%USERPROFILE% expands to C:\Users\<whatever-your-username-is>, it should most likely be the same. Use it whenever you don't want to reveal your username. Idk why you even faced this issue :dunno:

    Maybe a spelling mistake.
