Saw this deal in email today. Now I'm wondering is it worth buying considering none of the expansions from sister site can't be used with legit version ( or am I wrong? )

No You can't mix legal and illegal.

The synth comes with a factory library and many drum sets, as well as wavetables. The VPS Avenger library is 6.74 GB for me.

Or, you could own the licence, but use the cracked one.
I do this with several synth I have, be it because of a shitty protection or because of bad business scheme.
But thanks to the licence, I can work with them for commercial projects without any concern.

Now I'm just thinking about how to make them both work on same PC, as per THIS post. Perhaps it is possible anyway?

I wont use any program that needs a dongle or to load a specific driver only for protection. That's a no go for me.

I know I said before that you can have the license and use the cracked version, but with this sort of protection, you never know if the next version will be cracked. And I don't wanna see myself with a synth I paid for taking dust because I can't stand it's protection.

We removed Codemeter as Copyprotection Software.

Vengeance 2.0 is due for release this year. Probably why the deal is on at PB, to get more license sold so that when 2.0 is released, the ‘paid’ upgrade reaps rewards

 

i bought it yesterday too ,i couldnt believe it seeing the discound to half 50% and yes
no ilock no bundle whatsoever

the instructions were easy ,the download key can be downloaded from the application itself once i download it ,
it said on top my pc -ID is blablablab
and on the side the serial code is shown (with activation remain 2 )

after having fun with the factory ,first i though maybe i can add the cracked the xps to the legit one
and change the folders to the corrected ones but it didnt work ,it does show in the browser but cant be opened
so i why not just get the 5 bundle expansions and select the newest ones thought of buying the bundle
(buy 4 exps and 1 free exp )

which i did

i opened the V-MAN (their application manager ) and started selecting the expansions i wanted
from inside the v-man
(inside the v- manager theres already 5 slots empty ,so i clicked on these slots and select
the italo discos vol 1 and vol 2

i think im gonna buy the next bundle in next couple of months (until next discount) if money is availble

my opinion :i do use nexus 3 for last 2 years and i have now vps avenger i gotta say vps avenger do care more about
80s sounds than nexus (main focus trendy sounds like techno/tropical/trap /hiphop and these are expensive too
expensive so i went back to their old early expansions and bought the cheap ones ,now i have 89 exps but didnt use
much of them ,however after i bought vps i already finished 2 mixes using the italo expansions )

im not sure if theres nexus 3 expansions vs vps avenger expansions
but im sure im having a blast right now with 5 exps of avenger
