Recently, I went into the preferences tab of my Korg M1 soft synth and everything appeared in a strange illegible font. I uninstalled and re-installed a newer version and still the same thing. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it? I've looked for settings files in the installed folders etc but found nothing

 

looks like you installed that font on your pc, i had the same issue with mastering the mix plugins, if you are on pc go into settings and fonts, unistall all fonts like that,

Hmmmm tried that, and resetting the font cache service. Still the same lol. Oh well

Does anyone know why my librarian's font is so weird and how to change it?

I had the same problem. If this happens again after windows does an update, install the Japanese font option. The path is Settings->System->Installed apps->Manage optional features and add Japanese Supplemental Fonts. This fixed it permanently for me.
