• Indie Folk EZX
• Number 1 Hits

If you know where, and how to find them, please let me know

What is the sister site? I have 1.5.1 I believe. I'm really trying to get these artist presets working, but no luck. If anyone has that update file, I'd appreciate sharing it. The 2019 post where people were sharing it is locked.

Hey, I don't think updating or including a 'Graphics V2' folder would do the trick in this case. For one thing, after comparing the files in a library that does work with another that doesn't, the former has a obw file (format used by Toontrack to compress all the wav or sound samples), all functional libs do, whereas the others have labeled, separate folders containing wav files. I am afraid things might be a little more complicated. Also struggling with some libraries here, has someone succeeded in making them work or finding them somewhere?

EDIT: I just read @jorzef did it, now I wonder, what is exactly that you did to make it work? Would you be so kind as to let me and some other future fella know in detail? I only have SD3 installed, will I have to install EZ2 as well?

I'm kind of lazy sometimes (don't take me time to experiment a lot) and always think some things have sideeffects.
So when I first installed SD3 I wanted to be able to use EZD kits as well and installed EZD2 first and in a second step installed SD3.
Even when I got my new PC last year and a laptop I did it that way again and it worked out of the box.
I was just too lazy to do it another way this time

But I don't install all kits (EZ or SD) from scratch everytime. It have copied the whole directories to a external SSD and set the paths with symbolic links. This way I don't need to fill another drive with those millions of files but I just take the external drive with me when I'm on the road with my laptop. That's really making life easier.

So, yes, it might be true what you suspect, installing EZD2 may solve the problems.

I’m gonna try installing Toontrack.EZdrummer.2.v2.0.0.Incl.Patch.and.Keygen-R2R, the version you advised. We’ll see how it goes.
Just one more thing, after installing EZ2 I should be able to see each corresponding 'Graphics V2' folder inside every folder EZ2 installs in ‘c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer\,’ is that correct?

P.S. Yesterday I installed the Latin Percussion library, which doesn’t have a ‘obw’ file, so it doesn’t seem to make that much of a difference. It does have, however, the very famous 'Graphics V2' folder, so… it seems you could be right after all. Yours remains to be the best answer so far.

That's correct

Btw: In this path also the subfolder MiDi resides. The MiDi files are stored here not only for EZDrummer but for Superior Drummer as well. This is why I thought it would be a good idea to install EZX2 befor SD3 back then, to have all the MiDi files (Grooves) of EZDrummer.

Now I move the content of 'c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\" to my external drive and place a symbolic link to this position.
If I install a new machine I only need to Install the Prog and place the symlink.
I think you can imagine how much work you save to do it this way in contrast of installing ~ 231.000 files. SD included. Minutes compared to several hours.
