Hi

I have hoovered the whole internet for informations all day, mailed VSL (still no answar) etc. but no luck :-(

I have got the two freebies from VSL and regged them in iLok, downloaded and installed the Synchron Player that shows up in StudioOne nicely, but.....

How do I add the two libraries to Synchron Player - they dont show up automatically in the player and I simply cannot find a way to add them in the player.

Any suggestions/experiences?

I can't see my Sample Content when I open the Synchron Player!

Please make sure that you have really installed the Sample Content after successful download. You should find *.vsyncolume files.

If you have moved your Sample Content after installation, please assign the new storage path in the Synchron Player SETTINGS => Database.

I´ll try another reboot and see whats happen

All done iLok and in the VSL manager and all looks fine, but NO samples/libraries in the Player browser.

Didnt help with a reboot - I´ll wait for support from VSL.

It´s all working perfect now after great support from VSL.

I mainly did the install beacause of VSL new free library Fujara Flute - which is pretty interesting imho.

I have the exact same issue: can't see the library in the Synchron Player browser. How did you solve the issue?

In my case the problem was that I´d ticked the Download-only-mode in Vienna Assistant ;-)

 

Anyone using it in Windows 7?
