Console 1 mk2 hardware: Is it just plug and play with the R2R stuff?

    There is used one on sale and im wondering if i can just skip the licensing stuff and plug it in and have it work with the R2R releases? I got those plugins working with all the different consoles. Also what if iam getting it new from store?

    Now im thinking of getting the hardware but i dont want mess around with licensing centers / or having the hardware blacklisted /useless or whatever there might be

    I can confirm that its working 100%, got one in december from thomann and everything is smooth with r2r releases

    yes it works, cant remember if you need an account for the drivers, but (i think)
    you dont need to register anything to download drivers
    but remember as soon as you want to sell(plugins) or upgrade or anything
    you will need an account and register everything per ilok (dongle or cloud)
    but you can stay absolutley offline with hardware and r2r
