I have that dreaded "This library is encrypted......" message when I attempted to add Impact Soundworks Juggernaut to my kontakt 5.2.1.6382

I read that you need to delete registry keys and read the post that IntroNinja posted for a possible solution

Example:
Right-Click and delete
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Library Name (K5DbCacheImportData)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments\Library Name (K5DbCacheImportSize)
Click Yes

I'm sorry but I don't quite understand the instructions given above...can anyone explain this in a more "layman" kinda way?

Basically I just can't find the files that is supposed to be deleted

 

You need to open regedit from your start menu (type in regedit in the search box at the bottom), go to those locations and delete those 2 items.

If you have never looked at your registry file, then search google/youtube for some basic lessons

 

thanks m8..I got it...I deleted everything that IntroNinja suggested....the error is still there....I think I may have to just re-download the library to see if that works...by the way my kontakt v5.2.1.6382 should be okay right?

 

Did you delete the Juggernaut.xml from
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

before re adding the library in kontakt, everyone always forgets that part lol

Tip:
Also re downloading the library is not going to change anything, the files already did the damage.
What left for you to is clean up and start fresh

 

Yes I did.....still ain't working.................

So what else can I do? I've cleaned up and deleted all registries as suggested....how come I dun get this annoying issues with most of the other kontakt libraries?

 

Delete all of the following locations

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Juggernaut

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Content
(Delete anything named Juggernaut, all of them must be deleted)Very important!!!!

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center\Juggernaut.xml (empty the recycle bin!!!)

Add the library in kontakt it should work now!!!!

I had this problem with zodiac but i torn it apart like this and it's all good now

 

I did everything as instructed still aint working hahahaha...

This Library is a real Kontakt player library and it's giving you trouble.

Question do you use a custom wallpaper for this library or the original?

and i would recommend you update to 5.3.0 but that's your choice.

 

That is strange indeed, I also use 5.2.1 and I could simply add it as usual and it works fine

 

I use the temporary wallpaper provided by the Libdropper software by Tracer....there is no wallpaper from the download....anyway I also tried to load the library via quickload and it did not work as well

 

Yes, I knew it that is your problem, hold on a sec

Just remove the wallpaper and add the library to kontakt and let the magic happen

 

Just did Ninja....no magic hahahaha...I think I'm gonna try to download this again...I'm have a feeling it might just solve it...

 

did you also change the .nicnt?????

 

I deleted the nicnt file as well...I'm using Quickload to load the instruments (nki files)

 

Check your pm..... Make sure you deleted all those locations after your last add library attempt and add the library with the .nicnt i gave you
