I have just a question concerning an effect that we hear more and more in electronic music.

How to make this acceleration please?
I thought about changing the BPM in my DAW but I think it's not done like that...

*Tremolo. Or any shaped LFO you want, assigned to volume (and/or lowpass filter cutoff). Modulate/automate the rate.

1st example: like @Baxter said, assign LFO to volume/level (and LP filter). Un-sync from BPM lock and change the rate. Just use your synth's internal modulation - LFO.

2nd example:

BPM change - yes (accelerando), real time - no. This guys don't do shit in real time.. unless he's pushing the CDJ tempo slider with his dick @ 39:50, with both hands in the air. It's how the track is (pre)-made.

 

Check how this is done in Ableton just with a tempo acceleration:

Sorry bro I misspoke, I meant that he used the tempo change in real time on the DAW and not live, I know that ;)
