I don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet, because I'm lazy to go through the 39 freaking different pages.

Check out Spaced Out by Baby Audio, that thing is nuts for "spaces"!
I also like H-reverb by Waves, very nice stuff.

The two I use most are Liquid Sonics Seventh Heaven Pro, & Rare Signals Transatlantic Plate Reverb. These just mostly fit what I do. I also like Waves CLA Epic, East West Spaces ll, and the TC Electronic NONLIN2 for certain things.

Eventide - Blackhole is pure gold.

Arturia Rev Plate-140 is also very good.

For realistic rooms, I still use Altiverb (haven't tried Liquidsonics yet).

I've tried Transatlantic Plate Reverb and wasn't really all that amazed.

this thread needs more tutorials on how to use reverb. my personal problem is that my arrangements don't have much room to appreciate the finer subtle differences of say, free 32 bit algorithmic reverb from 2002 or a real bricasti using a gold plate with RME converters. like, occasionally i can hear reverb poking out from behind a clipper that's going at -6db RMS.

I think the more important Question is, whitch Reverb Plugin ist the best for Vocal or for Instrument.

This is basically a convolution engine with shiny interface. Any decent convolution reverb (including the ones that come with your DAW if you use for example Logic, Ableton or Cubase Pro) with a decent collection of impulses (which can be found on the web freely) will outperform this 180€ product.

Yeah, I use them too. Copied them into my impulse response collection folder. I also ripped IRs from product demos of other convolution verbs and I actually wanted to capture the room from Eventide Audio's Tverb as well using the Ableton Convolution Pro impulse capture feature. The room in TVerb sounds very good and was sampled in the Hansa Studios Berlin large chamber.

I don´t think that a reverb of 18 mb could be Ir´s based. Not that I like it, I´ve never tried it.

Still TSAR-1, Black Hole, and now EastWest Spaces II because it's new and shiny, I guess.

    Oh, and TVerb too.
