As a few people may ask themselves who am I, let me introduce myself.

I am French, living in the west coast of France near the Atlantic ocean. Music is not my main job, but my main passion, with computers too.

I did this stuff using samplitude Pro X (and a tones of VST of course). I am not using samples, loops, templates or things like that, means I did this with my two own hands and ears. I am a Kboard player, but not like Petruciani or Mozart ...

This song is one of the thousand I did before ... At this time its the more "finished" one I have.

Not Mozart huh? You know that Beethoven handled the violin awkwardly and preferred playing his own compositions instead of improving his technique. His teacher called him "hopeless as a composer." And, of course, you know that he wrote five of his greatest symphonies while completely deaf.

Oki 3S you mean that its a little bit to "linear" ?? Thats what I think too. In fact I d like to do songs with a real singer (female). thats what is missing in my music. Even if I can write a couple of words I wont sing, cause I want a girl. What I want to say is; if I work with a singer I can do better !! Anyway I am still working on this song ... its a first try I need people advices. Working alone is not so easy ...

 

the songs great, keeping it as an instrumental, I think it just needs shortening a bit, thats all

Very nice! Really like the funky guitar,horns,and that one sound that sounds backwards.The rest of the instrumentation is nice too,very funky.I enjoyed it.It sounds like it should be in an installer.(Just run the install,it's an air release) In all seriousness though,very nice funky lil number

Love the sound and sequencing at 1:05 and sparsley played throughout, gives it more impact at those points with an almost transcendent quality. Solid track, you should enter this for consideration for the AudioSexed Album.

 

What can I say ... just thx. I did not expect that this song could match the "audiosex album" requirement. In fact its already in 24 bits 44100 HZ (that is the way I always do my stuff)...

At this time I need Google translator for "sparsley played throughout" and "almost transcendent quality" better anderstanding. I do not practice English as often as I want. Anyway its not big deal I will find what you want.

In fact what I think about what I did, its a premix. I always stop my work at the point of "final mastering". I mean pitching, panning, leveling ... are missing in my work. But at this point I think that all the instruments are at the right place, the melody is in place too so its just a matter of mixing ...
