    I think I will try to promote in 2022 but don't have time or skills for communication.
    How and where can I hire someone with skills of course in exchange of pourcentage in futur incomes?

    You will want to try to approach labels with your demos. They have teams that can promote you. You'll want to find those that release similar music as you and have a good social media presence. Try checking out the Youtube playlist channels and scout there. Good luck!
