Olivia was born as a man. I was really surprised when i heard that. I mean she doesn't even look that bad. But the music is terrible.

 

It's not really my kind of music, but I always look at the critics year-end polls to get a snapshot of what is happening, and also to see what the major record labels are pushing onto the teen+ market. Some of the old favorites seem to be missing this year (or getting old!). It's an interesting category, because there is a lot of money available to songwriters and producers if they can come up with the next big thing.

 

One who is meatier and coupled with bigger milk factories. I think billie has both.

This one is actually quite catchy after a few listens. I don't know how she did it, cos that wasn't my first impression.

I feel that Billy's song is the more mature and introspective and that the Olivia song is more catchy with lyrics that mirror the issues young teens are living through daily. In the interest of full disclosure, I have invested perhaps 800+ bucks into Eilish concert tickets and swag for my 17 yo daughter over the last bunch of years, but in my opinion Olivia takes this round.

Jokes aside, is interesting how she looks (and sounds) like a girl being a trans-girl. Regardless all kind of philias/phobias.

 

Olivia has a good formulaic song.
Billie, typical pretentious shit.

Both have no style , they just work on what they are given like most of US and UK pop artists. I see them more as products instead of artists.
