It's nice that you can still discover something, the universe always has a few riddles in store, so that it never gets boring for the scientists. Maybe at some point we will benefit from the new discovery. Unfortunately, most of the time money is made with new discoveries. Hopefully they'll come up with something to counter the noise from outside. We simple people benefit far too seldom from science because investors want the return on it.
