Normally that'd be a pretty good idea and something I'd do/recommend, but I personally no longer like the idea of buying second hand high end GPUs and CPUs. Too many cryptominers out there killing the life of video cards, then re-selling them.

I also don't know what things are like where the OP lives, but here, due to perceived supply issues, people where I am are trying to sell older, used video cards like 1080TIs for more than 3060s. Of course, that's the starting price, but I think from asking other people in the market, most people aren't coming down that far. That might be different wherever the OP is though. I'm in Canada, and supply kinda sucks a bit, but you can get 3060s in store for anywhere around $580-700 (3070s are harder to get, but they can still be found by "regular customers"), and people are trying to sell used non-TI version of 1080 for $600, and TI version for even $900. Kinda crazy. It's been like that here since the 30 series cards were released.

here in Europe there's only few cards in stores, 3060 and 3070 basically unavailable, and something decent like EVGA RTX 3080 Ti XC3 costs over 2000$

Yeah that is pretty crummy. One thing I can say that I found out here that may also be true there.... stores now hide online stock to prevent cryptominers from buying their stock (thankfully). Not everyone actually cares, of course, but a number of the more reputable PC parts suppliers here have a stock of cards they keep for their "regular customers".

I found this out when a friend of mine was waiting on the 3070 with liquid cooler to show online. We haven't seen 3070 stock online here since they were released (at least, for more than a few hours at a time). He finally decided to go into a store here that we regularly frequent and mentioned he's waiting to buy other parts for a new system until theirs 3070 stock. The salesperson said "oh, you want one of those? we hang on to some for regular customers / new systems". Actually I just looked at our convo from back then, and my friend was wanting the 3080 w liquid cooler.. but settled on the 3070 (liquid cooled) they had in stock. Still quite good.

That was back in July. Around the same time, I had a nephew looking for a new video card. He kept shopping around for a used card, or a new GTX1650. I kept repeatedly telling him to just go to the store and ask for a RTX 3060 due to what my friend had told me. Finally just last week, he took my advice, and came out with an RTX 3060 and said the salesman told him "just be sure to come back here with any of your business!".

I don't think that the stores here are the only ones doing it, so if you're personally looking.. just go in person (dont phone) to wherever you normally shop.

That case is not the best for ventilation, better case would have more more mesh up front to greatly improve air movement, like this one: https://nzxt.com/product/h510-flow

Given your limited choices, you could have more than 1 M.2 Drive if you can find a PCIe to M.2 adapter card and your second PCIe is available. I have used adapters on a Board with no M.2 slots quite successfully - the performance is the same.

I've got 3 NVMe drives in my PC, with one of them on a PCIe to M.2 adapter.. agree with Magneto! PCIe to M.2 adapters are super cheap too. (note: I haven't looked at your mobo to see what slots you have, just agreeing with the prior post that PCIe to M.2 adapters work pretty well).

ASRock B560 Pro4 does not support thunderbolt. Intel Core i7-10700K (10 gen) only support pcie 3.0 so cannot get the pcie 4.0 speed.
Also Kingston SKC2500M8/1000G NVMe 1TB is only pcie 3.0 so you also have to upgrade that if you decide to change to 11 gen processors.
I would probably choose this instead:
    Gigabyte Z590 VISION D
    Intel Core i9-11900K
    Samsung 980 Pro

Or go for 12 gen intel cpus

Not true. Boards like mine that support PCI Gen4 are backwards compatable with Gen3.

I'd say you did a great job.
Kingston Ram is a good choice (HyperX is Kingston, innit?).
I personally went for Ryzen some time ago and it went well, but I had issues with a certain
chipset and it's usb controller. So I'd say an Intel System is always a safe bet.
I had to upgrade the firmware of some usb devices like my icon platform controllers, with
the problem that some legacy stuff didn't get upgrades and just doesnt run.

I don't understand what you are talking about. We are talking about two different things. Read the whole comment. Of course he have to upgrade that pcie 3 SSD to something pcie 4 to get pcie 4 speed. I never said you cannot use pci 3 SSD's...of course you can. One of the few advantages of getting 11 gen instead of 10 gen is pcie 4

I have the same CPU and I was going to get the cool Master also but
I went with the Galahad-240. My friend got the 360 for his 11700.
I have been really happy with the cooler and also he is.
This thing has been great at keeping my CPU temp very low.
