No worries, I'd recommend checking out the guide I linked in my reply for some more info, but in short, I recommend you install the UVI Falcon + UVIEMU release by R2R, both are in the same release, then, follow my guide to enable the UseILOKLicense in the registry. You can safely touch and use your ILOK throughout this, before and after, you can buy new libraries, and use your UVI Workstation. The UVI Falcon release does not affect ILOK in any way, and it's 100% safe to use. You don't have to change your habits but you can if you want. If, however, you want to be completely safe (Note that safe is a big word, nothing will happen if you don't do this), I recommend seting both the UseILOKLicense and DumpLicense to 1, then, open UVI Falcon so it generates licenses for you, and then turn both the settings to 0, at that point you can also unregister the libraries in the Ilok License Manager and it would be impossible for there to be a risk as the licenses aren't installed on your pc anymore. Note that at that point, the libraries only work in Falcon by R2R (since you removed the license from your pc) and not in UVI Workstation, but since Falcon is better than workstation, this isn't really a problem Last thing to mention is that Ilok and UVI are by different companies, there have been ILOK cracks before and it hasn't affected anyone, there's no way for ILOK to care about what you install. Your VST just screams "I want a license for xyz!" and Ilok responds "Hey I've got a license for XYZ, here it is". That's the only transaction of data going on here. UVIEMU cuts out the middle man which makes it better
Thank you very much. I'm quoting the part of your reply which i'd rather not do (even though you say it's even a safer route). Thanks again. EDIT: Did some catching up and i figured everything out. Thanks. I understand now what the dumblicense does. For now, i will rather keep using those licenses with UVI Workstation, no idea why but i think it's placebo lol. Last edited: Nov 30, 2021
In the end it's up to you, just know that the option to use Falcon and to start using more/other libraries that were released by me and everyone else is there as an alternative option. Last edited: Nov 30, 2021

1) this isn't the place to request things for sister site. 2) the files were DMCA'd. they're not coming back to sister site. 3) if you read all over, you'll find other locations for files.
Hello, on mac there is no folder: "C: / ProgramData / UVI / R2R" and impossible to validate the R2R licenses, what should I do on mav? Thank you for your reply, Sincerely, Olivier Unter
As far as I know, Audiogridder allows you to load another VST plug-in running on Windows on your Mac. You can try it, just install VMware and Audiogridder and map your drive to VMware, install UVI Falcon R2R on VMware. Will have the same interface as under Windows.
i got a weird thing going on.. with almost every preset/program, when i play the keys its fine but as soon as i touch anything in falcon whit my mouse it starts playing itself. its like the notes are hanging. when i touch it again it stops. i have no idea where this is coming from. just wanted to know if any of you experiencing something similar. i have this in both modes. standalone and vsti Anyway, Cheers
UVI Soundbank Toy Suite, is it possible to delete 8bit and Electronic parts to use only Acoustic library or we have to keep all of them on disk?
Does anyone know how to get the icons/logos of the libraries on the list on the right side of the GUI? Mine is just a file directory, but I've seen some users have a list of libraries similar to Kontakt. Thanks.
In your Falcon directory, only the sound libraries with the ending *. ufs, as in the picture below, then you choose in the -> Falcon Preferences -> Soundbanks -> path where your SoundBanks are.
odiza was faster than me with the answer. I've worked on the legit version long enough and too 100% confirm that absolutely no difference can be heard. Just have fun with all this new stuff!
Why are you waiting for the workstation when you can install Falcon? The workstation is very limited with the setting options. Maybe you have other reasons, for example Falcon is too complex and difficult to use for some. What I don't see that way ... you have to (should) take a little time to deal with Falcon. It is clear that Falcon offers a lot of possibilities to play around with the sounds, to change them and much more. The installation file and the factory library are still online ... just as many libraries are still online.
