I would have thought the Grammys were almost irrelevant these days.

Sales from music revenue worth $21 billion a year in the year 2000, declined to just $6.8 billion by 2015 with a small upturn just to streaming services since then.

As for the Grammys, I agree with you, in fact today the nominations are almost all embarrassing.
However, things have changed a bit since 2015, in fact in 2020, the total revenue of the recorded music industry amounted to 23.1 billion U.S. dollars.

 

I want to thank those hard working MBA'S (I don't mean anything sexual about it) for using their talents to make our music industry a better and more profitable place

Grammy is a business model and playground for the rich and the elite to show the world we are better than you, which of course is a lie. The elites celebrate themselves. Put on your suit, go to the buffet and sip your champagne. The photographers who earn their money with the pictures and who fill the magazines and newspapers are very important. The elites are vain, self-absorbed and degenerate as they only want to see your picture in the magazines.

BLM is a completely separated thing, (and imo BS, judging by their actions, and the number of Blacks that reject it)
but it Coincided in time with Wokeness.. and so wokes also took it on their flag.

Wokeness is/was the new trend,
and social media, and even governments are embracing/enforcing it,
they just have run out of real things to do or to advocate for, so this serves the purpose..

So nowadays it's all LGBTQ sexual identity problems, Climate BS,
and Wokeness, and I guess BLM in the US.

In Europe, LGBTQ adoctrination and Climate BS is going strong,
but Wokeness failed to really get the same kind of tracktion, and BLM makes no sense here..

Mind you I'm Spanish,
so the only negros I know come (voluntarily) from subsaharian Africa

My point about the whole things is that: "LGBTQ sexual identity problems, Climate BS,
and (fake)Wokeness, and I guess BLM in the US" are funded by one specific group. Why are we complaining about it instead of calling said group out? that's the part that is pretty telling. It means most people are satisfied with how that group manipulates things until it affects them personally.
