So I have never had this issue until today. I am logged in on Sister Site and logged into Peeplink site and all of a sudden when I try and download something it is asking for a Captcha. The browser automatically loads and its a Jdownloader website asking me to add an extension to my browser which is Firefox. I added the extension and still no luck. I have also logged in and out of Sister Site and that didn't work either. Anyone have any idea why all of a sudden this would just start after years of this never happening? Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Here you have to separate in 2 parts

1 peeplink asking for Captcha. This can happen, as posters have the option to add Captcha.
So you should try to open the peeplink page instead of using jdownloader.

2 Jdownloader opening a page to download a plug-in for Captcha.
If JDownloader detect that a Captcha have to be resolved it will offer to download its plug-in.
But experience shows that this almost never work.
So it's better to open the web page that ask for Captcha and solve it there.

Olymoon thanks for your response I will send you the link. Its just weird this has never happened and all of a sudden this has started. It only does it on Peeplink and your right the download plugin did nothing to fix it. I'll PM you a link. Thanks again !!!!

 

yeah, JD doesnt work anymore with peeplink: at the moment you have to enter peeplink page and manually copy links. Maybe they will fix that with next JD updates

 

Actually I beg to differ guys. On the contrary with me it's running smoothly these days thanks to MyJDownloader extension in Brave. Loading peeplinks all fine and not asking for Captcha, as long as you have Real Debrid premium account properly set in JDownloader2 standalone app settings (and MyJDownloader extension on - it will process the Captcha on your behalf - that last part used to suck they seem to have fixed it lately, running all smooth since recently, to my pleasant surprise). In rare instances (if you download a lot of different files, like crazy, it will ask you to resolve captchas but directly into JDownloader2 app, so it takes 2 seconds, versus before where you had to resolve in the browser externally, which was a real pain).

Never used myJD plugin. What happens now is that when I copy a peeplink, I have this:


and this in the browser:


it never happened until 3 days ago, I have the idea that peeplink website has changed some script code
The only workaround I can think of is open manually the peeplink and copy rapidgator files

 

I know I've been there. The Chrome/Brave extensions route solves it. You won't need this crap workaround anymore.

Install both:

Don't forget to create/log in your account in the extension app.

And to enter your premium Real Debrid account details in the standalone JDownloader app settings.

Done.

 

Im gettin the same shit lately too with my Jdownloader/Alldebrid account.... Im sure an update will fix this soon.
