Hi,i am having probs with battery 4 for a long time now.It scans the library every time i click on a kit.
I have done all the things that are sugested online.
so,i went back and installed 4.0.0 and it was ok,then i installed 4.1 and went back to scanning everytime.
i uninstalled and reinstalled 4.0.0,but now when i click on the standalone icon i get the message"this patch was generated by a newer version of the applications,plaes upgrade your copy to load the patch.

I ran the R2R command prompt when previously installing 4.1,so im guessing this is why it wont open 4.0?
how do i rectify this?

do u mean the R2R 4.1.6 ?
If so,i had installed it before and kept scaning library everytime i click on a kit

Hello @funkman, oh sorry it means Patch + Keygen.

This is exactly why you should first completely delete the battery and reinstall it, then it only scans once, because there is only one path. This comes from different installed versions etc. So first a clean deinstallation and install the last version.

The installation path can be found in Native Access.
(I have everything installed on drive D so it doesn't help you.)
Also everything that is not deleted in the windows register must be deleted manually.

I just want to check,do i need to delete the libraary?
if so when reinstalling do i just instal library 1.1 or original library and then 1.1?

 

Would leave the library like that. The library has its own installer, just install the last one over it.

you have to delete SNO, KEY, SYSTEMID in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments\Battery 4
after install VR setup.
to use the other location.
or replace the wrong registration by the woking R2R keygened key.

i checked VR only key at these 2 place, it show demo. you'll need the R2R keygen more.

i have keygen that came with 4.1 r2r release. is it 3.4.0? i done search for that keygen and it dosent show up

 

Before you unzip this, please switch off the antivirus software. Otherwise the keygen will be eaten.

I just moved my Kits Folder to a different harddrive

and I open and Load my Kits from there and save them there too


It doesnt scan everything everytime I open it since

Just delete or rename the corrupted database. That's all. Always the same probs with damaged databases...

 

Is there anyone who can tell me in what directory the battery 4 license will be placed?
