Hi, I got this short loop with an ongoing pattern of some sort of lightweight instrument. I think it could be a harp, but I'm not sure because it could be another medieval instrument.
Also, where cod I find something like this as a VSTi?

It's a plucked string instrument for sure, like the aforementioned harp.

Other things to be on the lookout for is basically zithers, nylon string acoustic guitar, dulcimer and perhaps kantele. Most sample libraries will have those, and going through for instance my Kontakt instruments with the "plucked strings" category bring several of these.

 

It's definitely some nylon stringed instrument. It could be a harp, but the resonator of a harp usually sounds a lot bigger so I'm guessing ukulele, like No Avenger said. Could be something like a tenor or baritone ukulele.

 

Yup, it sounds as if it could be a baritone uke from the pluckiness of the attack and lower pitch than of a smaller soprano (which I play a coupla times a week).
