    It's a plucked string instrument for sure, like the aforementioned harp.

    Other things to be on the lookout for is basically zithers, nylon string acoustic guitar, dulcimer and perhaps kantele. Most sample libraries will have those, and going through for instance my Kontakt instruments with the "plucked strings" category bring several of these.

    It's definitely some nylon stringed instrument. It could be a harp, but the resonator of a harp usually sounds a lot bigger so I'm guessing ukulele, like No Avenger said. Could be something like a tenor or baritone ukulele.
