You are actually dead wrong and there is no affiliation here. the stuff MasteringTheMix does is actually decent. their MIXROOM plugin is pretty unique in how it implements an FIR filter and way beyond the scope of "JD" the dude who codes for Baby Audio and Denise Audio who both put out as you rightly say "trash"plugins. the GUI's sharing similar graphical layouts is probably purely coincidence, and the design is not all that unique to BabyAudio anyways
