jdownloader with rapid premium, please help me figure it out

    its asking for a name, i only have the pass. got it from a reseller.
    there`s no real support i could find, cab anybody point me in the right direction?

    I would guess that you would have to register, log in, and then redeem the pass.
    This way it works with other OCH at least. Good luck!

    thanks, did that, the account at rapid looks ok, just dont hsve a name to input in jdownloader

    i got it to work, the pass was the password i gave when creating a free account way back when.
