Maybe just contact Initial Audio direct for a faster answer?
The product description say "Apple Silicon compatible" so i guess its not native.

    Just tried the demo,
It seams to be native apple silicon, but i cant drag any samples into it(under logic) aside its own browser. lame. esides that, there seam to be no individual envelopes , filters / slice. ?! And there sems to be no uninstaller, so you have to manually remove all

Which DAW do you use ?

In that case it might be less hassle to just use Logics / Live's Sampler to slice up stuff.

logic's sampler is good tho, but i always liked something like battery all in one and easy to use, specially for drums. but it's impossible to install on bigsur. that's why i searched this.

Try Logic Drum Machine Designer, it is like Abletons rack and well integrated into logic. You can even drag MIDI parts to logics sampler to9 render it as audio etc... it is worth a try.

To each his own, I guess.

You might to try XLN's XO as it has no compatibility issues.

Logic DMD gives you access to filters and 2 LFOS on each pad and a send to dedicated RVR/DLY/Dist/ETC....
Live Drum Rack is a bit more complex and allows to embed whatever you want per channel, but the menu diving and collapsing can get a bit irritating.

Yeah it is all about preference. Features, Integration, Usability.

What are you looking for in moire detail, what is you (intended) workflow ?

NI Maschine has a lovely connection between PADS and Tracks much better than Battery imo.
Especially when it comes to reordering them. With battery and a hoste things get fast messy when moving pads :)
But that is onkly true if you use the build in Maschine Sequencer.

mostly for electronic music specially moombahton/trap/dancehall/reggaeton drums.

i like to create beats on the grid but with these genres it's a PIA.that's why i consider a drum sampler. most of the time i like to mix some ethnic elements to beats and a lot of tiny textures.i like to focus on the beat without running everywhere that's why i searched for an all in one option.

i don't have a maschine hardware but luckily i may have a solution, i'm building a custom rack with stock ableton drum rack let's see how it goes.

My Maschine Studio died after a few years usage.
Its encoders worn out and no longer working. Until NI raise their quality I will never get a maschine anymore.
