Not a reese...& not a bass either really.

It's just a load of saw waves detuned and stacked up....some synths might have a supersaw oscillator that will get u close quite quickly....why u'd want to though is another question altogether

No. You can hear it better at 1:30 -> It's probably layered and/or modulated (LP cutoff more open for the chorus)

in reference to the "stacked up supersaw oscillator". this is how I would usually start with a TI Reese.

you can call that whatever you like. who cares. it's not how they are most commonly used. usually they will be filtered and modulated; then resampled to gain movement with long notes legato. the low end often gets removed to make it more of a mid.
