    Here's the issue - we recently had to change the name of the library to Walker 1955 Concert D for legal reasons, so that is giving our users problems - sorry for the inconvenience!
    First, try renaming "Walker 1955 Steinway D.nicnt" to "Walker 1955 Concert D.nicnt" - if that doesn't fix it on its own, try the following:
    =============
    macOS
    Delete the following files in Finder:
    /Library/Preferences/com.native-instruments.Walker 1955 Steinway D.plist
    /Users/Shared/NI Resources/ (the whole folder)
    /Users/$user$/Library/Preferences/com.native-instruments.Walker 1955 Steinway D.plist
    /Users/$user$/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Service Center/pal.db
    (In case there is a Walker 1955 Steinway D.xml and/or Walker 1955 Steinway D Lite.xml in /Library/Application Support/Native Instruments -> delete that too)
    Run Native Access (while online) and "Add Library" under "Not Installed", point to the folder with the new files, where the "Walker 1955 Concert D.nicnt / Walker 1955 Concert D Lite.nicnt" can be found. The library should now show up as installed in Native Access, no need to enter the serial number again.
    Open KOMPLETE KONTROL / Maschine
    KOMPLETE KONTROL / Maschine scans for content. This may take several minutes. If content or artwork is missing, restart KOMPLETE KONTROL / Maschine.

    Windows
    Delete the following files in the Windows registry:
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Native Instruments/Walker 1955 Steinway D]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MASCHINE/SOFTWARE/Native Instruments/Walker 1955 Steinway D]
    Delete the following files:
    C:/Program Files/Common Files/Native Instruments/Service Center/Walker 1955 Steinway D.xml
    C:Users/Public/Documents/NI Resources (the whole folder)
    C:Users/$user$/Documents/Native Instruments/Service Center/pal.db
    Run Native Access (while online) and "Add Library" under "Not Installed", point to the folder with the new files, where the "Walker 1955 Concert D.nicnt / Walker 1955 Concert D Lite.nicnt" can be found. The library should now show up as installed in Native Access, no need to enter the serial number again.
    Open KOMPLETE KONTROL / Maschine
    KOMPLETE KONTROL / Maschine scans for content. This may take several minutes. If content or artwork is missing, restart KOMPLETE KONTROL / Maschine.

    Well, first of all "Walker 1955 Steinway D" is not a VST, it is a sample library. Kontakt itself is a VST (and can also be a standalone app, an AU plugin, or an AAX plugin) and it uses sample libraries.

    Secondly, there are a number of reasons as to why a library may not work with Kontakt. I'd check compatibility first: the Walker 1955 Steinway D library requires Kontakt Player 5.7+ or Kontakt Full 5.4.1+**, so if you have an older version of Kontakt it won't work.

    But this piano lib had an original SNPID #.
    So the real reason was a conflicting number.
    You have perhaps just lost another lib from your tab now?

    But this still means your Kontakt isn't cracked.
    That's the only time Demo will show...
    And btw:

    Added the library, but it doesn't appear in cracked Kontakt (5, 6, 7 whatever).
    Using service center is not an option.

    Anyone else got this to work? Almost 200 gb sitting around for no reason.

    Yes, eventually. I installed Kontakt 7 (Bob Dule version) and used the add library option. It states that it does detect and register the library, yet when Kontakt is reloaded, it's not there.

    - I installed the R2R 1.1.7 Kontakt Manager.
    - I went to the .nict file file and double clicked it. Kontakt Manager (R2R) registered it.
    - I then ran Kontakt Manager and when prompted located the Embertone Walker folder itself to register it (again).

    The 'demo' warning has now disappeared. YMMV.
