    Offtopic:
Noise burst won't harm you in Reaper:
    Auto-mute (on excessive bursts) FTW!

    Ontopic:
    Never happened with r2r releases.

Wich OS? Which version? Are you speaking from personal experience or did "your cousin" say so? The referral link is a random guy who doesn't reveal any details (post date: Apr 21, 2020)

happened a lot of time last year and two years ago I think. Only in Pro-G but I think they aren't the R2R version, never had problem with the R2R version, yeah it is some loud burst of white noise like old TV losing signal. Nothing harmful, it will not even trigger the Reaper Auto-Mute.

So, it seems that, again, cracked software works better, specially when dev use dangerous "protection" ...

I just know that MSI Afterburner, if running on background, could crash Ableton Live 10 with Fab-Filter plugs active on Windows 10.
Bu I never had timebombs ever. Maybe its anotherplugin that u have on the masterchannel always.

I was convinced it happened with R2R releases, but in their latest release nfo they said never happened and it was only when certain mix of R2R-VR was used.

I'm still a bit skeptical about that, but since they finally talked about that it's safe to assume doesn't happen with the latest release.

Lots of people have two computers because of this. One with your legit stuff and the other one that runs offline without all drm and general headache that slows you down from your main objective.

Many producers already suffer from some sort of ear damage already so this could set them over the edge into an entirely new problem with their health.

That's why many have three computers because of this.
    One for legit stuff.
    One for DAW
    One for porn.
If you get your DAW stuff mixed with your porn you could put your eye out.

Never happened to me, actually FabFilter plugins don't even show Afterburner OSD unlike iZotope plugs

I like how you put "DAW" on it's own because that's where most of your work goes down without no one naggin' in your ear about anyfing.

You buy the shit so why can't you fuck off and just use it without drm? I hate that you have to eat this sort of thing when you are paying for it. Which forces legit people to go around it when they learn other versions don't chain you up and make you move slow.

No pono, no no no no pono, no no.
    Life cooler with no pono.
Skanks, hos so they total no, no's.

Put Reason on your third computer instead after washing it in the sink.
