I'm trying to reduce some of my sample libraries size. I'm no kontakt wizard so all I'm doing at the moment is just resaving the patch so I can have the files individually pulled out as ncw files. Then I delete the mic position files I don't need. So I'm left with a bunch of 24bit ncw files, and I'm wondering if there's an easy way to batch convert all of these to 16bit instead to save even more space.

I believe I can convert them by extracting them as wav instead, then resampling those and resaving to ncw. However is there a way to skip this step and work with ncw directly?
    Thanks!

Definitely an option, but there are some mic positions I flat out just don't use, and there's no audible difference between 24bit and 16bit stuff. If I can save a little bit of money by just modifying some stuff I'd rather do that.
