I have problems with many Softube fx plugins: no sound from them, if i apply the effect the result is the disappearance of the waveform and the sound, in Adobe Audition as in Studio One and this happens with almost all the softube effects i have installed (Chandler series, Weiss EQ, Passive Active etc.

Yes, I have searched for information on the net and have not found anyone with this problem.

 

Did you buy the plugins? If yes, contact customer support if reinstall didn't work out.

 

Try the VST version, not the VST3

 

Softube Plugins & OpenGL on Win 10 update v1909-2004 - disastrous crashing

Many video card manufacturers are not getting their job done right.

softube and Microsft have a Big Problem with Open Gl - It's not the graphics chip but the architecture of the graphics card! The problem is reoccurring OpenGL renderer issues which Softube haphazardly patch and Windows updates repeatedly break.

Go on your "user/appdata/roaming/softube" (not sure if it's the exacly path, but you can get your way looking for these folders), and look for some txt called "global preferences" or something like this, the open and change the "enable opengl" from true to false, save, close the txt and reopen the plugin in your DAW, that can solve your problem

VST3 never worked for me. VST all OK.
