Use "Quick Adder v2" and never mess around with fx/plugin window again!

Nice! I didn't know about this either.
I hate that bright white edge of the plugin window.

Looks like a great script and saves a bit of time too.

I wanted to ask something about piano roll: is it possible or at least planned in future to choose to reverse the keyboard from vertical to horizontal like synthesia?

I know that almost all daws, if not all, use vertical, but I still can't get used to it.
To me quick fixing notes is difficult, I'm used to play with the keyboard in front of me, and I would like to edit them the same way.

Can't find much requests over the forums for that.

That's how C-Lab's Creator/Notator back in the 80s used to display the piano roll editor, like an old pianola - pitch left to right, with time on the vertical axis.

However, the reason that it's a convention to have pitch on the vertical these days is that most people are way more comfortable with time going left to right, rather than vertically. It is, generally, best to do it that way and makes more sense for most humans, and also is the same convention used on pretty much all windows in a DAW - time left to right.

How long have you been trying to get used to it, out of interest?

I'm not a producer nor a pro, I just play piano reading from scores, so I'm not using much daws, but I started few years ago with Ableton 9 (unless we go to the 90's with Passport Trax) and added Reaper much later.

Yeah right, but I would like a tategaki reading, I still find find counterintuitive having the keyboard left sided. I can cope with that, only, I prefer to see it as my physical one.

There could be an option for that in daws.

I wouldn't speculate on it, but I really hope Cockos goes that route in terms of track metering:

One of the few things I loved about Pro Fools...
