Recently I got this Cubase LE 5 Bundled with my interface...
So Finally I have a legit DAW...
I got no idea on how to use it, but proly Imma use this for my
vocal processing only coz' it's only LE...
I would still do my overall track on FL
then just rewire it to Cubase for my vocals...

My main point and needed is... Cubase tutorial LE or not but on the actual version "5" I'm not really a youtube guy on tutorials...
And I'm always on a rush lately so I haven't checked Audioz yet...
Please let me know any... Thanks... Peace...

    ONE LOVE
    GOOD VIBES

I'm taking off your warning. Have a great day.

There are some newer Ask Video DVD's on Cubase 6 - 4 in total at our neighboring site. I know the MacProVideo on Cubase 5 is good but I don't believe we have that one up. I hope that will help you get started. It can seem daunting at first but you'll get used to it in no time. If you're on Windows the first thing you're going to want to do is learn about Workspaces to counteract the ridiculous windows management. If you have your main window maximized and bring up the mixer the main window gets unmaximized. :wow: Steinberg blames this on Microsoft but as a programmer I can tell you that they are full of shit and apparently have never heard of the proper functioning of an MDI interface. If you're on Mac you're all set. And by the way if I were you I would also do my mixing and mastering on Cubase.

Thanks for taking it off. :)
    And
That's sad... Huge PC user here... :( Oh well, maybe I just gotta live with it... And one more thing,
I can't do all my mixing stuff over cubase, for the reason I really like doing my full track on FL "as of now" that is...
Unless 2 things might happen... "Not being to avail FL" and "FL will never go x64." I would definitely transfer on cubase hehe.

I think Cubase 4 & 5 tutorial would be good.
But what is it with this levels on tutorials? O.o

It's a little bit of an inconvenience but if you set up an extra workspace for your mixer window you can lock both the main workspace and the mixer workspace, that way you can avoid this issue and just switch between them with the Alt + Numpad 1 for main and Alt + Numpad 2 for mixer workspace. If you're confused about it just check the manual or ask and I will help you get it set up. I highly recommend getting into Cubase mixing, it's more intuitive in my opinion and teaches you more about signal flow. Both Ask and MacProVideo are really good even for beginners, I think you will find them helpful.

    Xsze
Yeah I'm not the biggest fan of Ask Video, I like Lynda or MacProVideo better but it all depends on your level I guess.

The Ask Video Cubase 5 tutorials will still be widely available due to so many people still using Cubase 5 - just Google for it. But actually ,you know, the AskVideo Cubase 4,5 and 6 series are basically the same with just little bits added to cover the new features so any one of them would broadly do to get you a start.
