can i run win vst on there since its a win clone ?

 

Depends on which vst, however good luck running any daw. Gui can be a great point of failure, and performance can be haywire

 

Seems to be based on Windows Server 2003 compatible Programs in the most recent 2021 build. Would not recommend for any serious day-to-day work.

 

It's not really designed to replace the Windows desktop so no, most likely not or if it actually does, not well.

As you can see, it's really unstable and not reliable at all. So probably wouldn't be great for audio production work at all.

 

maybe take a look at LinVST, it comes already setup with latest AVLinux. Just install or live boot it and there you go.
React would be cool if it wasn't that it still has some way to go...

 

Sylenth1 will run for sure, it is compatible with win2000 too

 

Airwindows stuff might end up running too
