Use the information he gives about S1, which can be good.

But please take his advices about mixing in general with a grain of salt... because he clearly hasn't got a clue about that.

 

he has a few good tips.. even though i kinda hate his 7 video tutorial on mixing. He just use channel strip on everything and compress everything. =/ I know the tutorial was base to use only studio one stock plugins.. but that doesn't mean use 4 of them for an entire mix. (limiter/pro eq/channel strip/mixverb)

I never mess around with macros, but dang they are amazing.

 

Hahaha... yeah, he must have confused S1 channel strip with EZmix

Macros are great... I also made some of my own.
