Didn't even know - what is it ?
Windows 10 LTSB stands for a slimmed-down form of a Windows operating system.
Without constant updates or annoying apps and features, the software is stable and fast in this version.

@BEAT16 - Not that it's important and your list was really good, there was a second release on 3.1 called '3.11 for Workgroups' which became the most popular of its time with DOS 6.22 at its core. keep in mind Wikipedia - anyone can update it so while sometimes it's correct, it's not completely reliable. I was alive then that's how I know

Hi @BaSsDuDe, let's put it that way, it's not bad that we have Wikipedia, clearly out of my head I can't memorize all the versions. It was like that for me. Windows 95 my first operating system - a lot of gray - then the Internet - Aol 3 Eur an hour, the first blank 5 Eur ... oh, then Windows XP, quantum leap, then Windows 7, wasn't bad, hardly any bluscreens, then the forced update Windows 10. Yes, I don't know where it will end, every month we patch everything we can ...! Secret services and hackers ... probably all the same ...

Actually I had done that all the time, now I am using a very small but powerful firewall app https://www.henrypp.org/product/simplewall
I allow just the apps that I use, block all windows tracking, updates and others by IP
It took me a while understand all the configurations and settings but now it's the best firewall for me.

The block list is updated automatically from another open source project, the app is safe to use, and inclusive portable.

BTW it's not recommended to disable updates until you know what things should be updated.

You're a genius. I never noticed this pattern but now that you mentioned it, it makes sense: the next version might be a sinister piece of...

Microsoft has already indicated in the last few weeks how the next version could be named: The animated teaser for the event showed a typical Windows logo that showed the number 11 through rays of light. Microsoft had deliberately left out the cross brace of the window when the shadow was cast. (Source: https://t3n.de/news/microsoft-windows-11-kommt-windows-10-ende-1384643/)

Support of Reaper and Bitwig studio makes Linux awesome for production and mixing duties. But lack of Adobe suite made me stick to windows. GIMP, Inkscape and Krita are not powerful enough.

Not for audio and midi tasks and that is what this forum is all about
It wasnt until xp audio and midi it worked fine so for me that was the best win version.
2000 had to many problems with irq and drivers and other shit
    No plug and play there

Read elsewhere, from people who've installed the aforementioned leak, under the hood things that' are not UI/superficial stuff (that I personally don't care about):

All WSL2 improvements are a major plus in my book and a package manager, oh my. If they get that down then it's a very major release, at least that's what I think.
