Everything is working here on Mac Catalina and Logic 10.6.2. Such a shame you can't search by line or catagorise your searches to speed up the process. Turns out to be a quite lengthy process finding what you want. But still great to have the content none the less. Thanks Team Flare.

  3. Nope, I keep getting the message telling me I haven't got permission, and then Logic Pro and cubase tell me that Arcade.component is damaged and can't be opened.

I don't seem to be seeing any real instruction on here in terms of Mac...only windows :dunno:

Really? Have you codesigned the AU and the App??

sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - [root]

How many presets should their be after importing the extra sound content from the Arcade Content ISO into the plugin?
I've currently got only 31, is that correct? or how many have you guys got altogether?

When I imported the files from the extra content, it only took a few seconds to complete, when I checked the updated content folders size there wasn't much extra, only a few hundred mb.

Look a few posts above in my last post. You have to import every Sound Content Folder one by one.

Since you're saying you got an ISO I'm guessing you got it from a torrent.

Mount the ISO and place the Arcade Content folder anywhere on your pc then open up the Utility Tool, locate the folder you just placed and Import each Line individually

Does the search work for you in the vst in your DAW. For me it only works in the Standalone version. I am using Reason 11 and therefore the vst2 version. And the search field does not accept any keyboard input...

People complaining about the utility should see how far it came. V.01 was all command lines with no gui :guru:. Just be thankful

Everything working here on Windows 7,
But the menu is unbelievably slow (maybe because my content is on another drive) but I find the menu takes ages because each kit has its own icon rather than an icon for each pack with the kits inside. Is there any way to just list the presets or packs as text (like a normal program lists presets, instead of a big con for every kit, which makes it hard to get to the lower kits like Stitch or even Nashville, let alone Zero Hour)?

Only other way is to select a kit and use the left and right arrows in the middle to scroll through them (see screenshot below). It takes 1 or 2 seconds per kit doing it that way.

Ok Thanks Flare, thats not what I hoped (thought there might be a way to select - Pack, then Preset, or just preset) but that is a little quicker, so I will use that method thanks.

thankful someone shared, but this is such an antiquated stupid way of handling things with this plugin, not to mention very limited usability, for me at least.

On Top If you give All Access permission to c:\ProgramData\Output\Arcade and C:\Program Files\Output\Arcade you dont have to start Java or Cmd in Admin to make imported Kits appear.

Finally working for me in latest Logic and Big Sur (intel). Here’s what I did:
-Install and replace standalone and plugins

-reset permissions on all setting Batchmod to root/admin, apply to enclosed folders

-dequarantine all > sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine

-codesign all > sudo codesign --force --deep --sign -

-restart computer, standalone and Logic plugin now work

-to get Flare’s Arcade Utility to work, I had to install Oracle JDK 16.0.1 development kit https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase-jdk16-downloads.html. Then opened .jar file using Terminal command suggested by Flare (after installing JDK you may not need to sudo to open Utility). Then follow instructions for importing kits and lines. That finally did it for me.

(And after all that work, I must admit I'm not very impressed with Arcade... just another overblown app not worth all the space it takes up on my Mac)

Works on Win 10 x 64 after i updated Java to 16.0.1 , import every expansion alone , one by one and after I play this a little , I decided is .... Not my cup of tee ... Im my opinion , just a super hyped sample player and at this point I root for Nexus 3 , which is much better on music production .
