Is it legal to sell a physical iLok with all my licenses ?

 

Depends on the vendor, not on iLok, if you can sell licenses.

 

of course you can transfer a license , it is even part of teh ilok manager, the question is the situatiopn of selling all stuff together on a physical ilok without transfer to another ilok

 

You might want to deactivate those licenses from your pc first. Some licenses however are connected to your iLok account and not transferable, again depending on the vendor. You would have to transfer you iLok account to the buyer as well to prevent that.
